LOVED! | 5/5 stars | Buy your copy of milk and honey
Overview: milk and honey is collection of poetry that covers topics such as femininity, love, loss, healing, relationships, and acceptance. Never have I been more moved by a single sentence. I’m hungry for more poetry… do you have any recommendations? Leave a comment below!
What I loved: How it speaks to you personally, it’s inspiring, beautiful, raw, and honest. The illustrations were so pretty. One of my favorite reads ever!
What I didn’t: Not a damn thing!

Over the past year, reading has become an obsession of mine. I’ve always loved to read, but last year it really became a daily part of my routine. It’s a way to fall into another world, to learn new things, and to new FEEL things (and boy those feels get you). Bookstores are a safe haven and when I need a little “me” time, I can often be found browsing the endless aisles of Tattered Cover, Barnes and Noble, or 2nd & Charles and more often than not… buying WAY too many books from Amazon. There are probably just as many books on my TBR (to be read) shelf as there are on my shelves of books that I’ve actually read. I’m definitely not exaggerating either… they’re overflowing onto the floor! I either need a two month reading vacation or more shelves 😉
Anyways, back to the main point of this blog post… my Top 10 books of 2015! I read 25 books so narrowing it to the top 10 wasn’t too difficult. These books all jumped out at me someway or another and I am so excited to share my first ever book review video (brace yourself its a little long, I may have gotten carried away!) I thought I would struggle more with being in front of the camera, but found I actually really enjoyed it and it was so much more enjoyable than just including a photo and some text. Now you’ll really get to know me…
